Hi there! I just found your blog through Ellen, and let me say that your article for Miz Fit is wonderful! Congrats on all you’ve accomplished. You look fantastic! More importantly, I admire the inner work you have done and are continuing to do. I’m a psychologist (and, like everyone around these here parts, I struggle with my own cornucopia of eating/body-image issues), so your blog is right up my alley. I plan to drop by often! Lovely, honest and motivating post. You lay it all out there and allow us to see how you got where you are; the lessons you learned along the way and why things are working for you. All good lessons for the rest of us to consider. Thanks for bearing all.
